playersSleepingPercentage是控制跳过夜晚所需的入睡玩家占比的游戏规则。

当playersSleepingPercentage不大于0时,仅需1个玩家入睡即可跳过夜晚。
当playersSleepingPercentage超过100时,玩家无法通过入睡跳过夜晚。
否则,至少需要游戏内playersSleepingPercentage⁄100玩家同时入睡才能跳过夜晚。
